This is the blog for past and present students of the Writing in Practice course at Jadavpur University Department of English. It's firstly a forum for discussing the course, but also an exchange for creativity in the WIP community. WIP is open to final year UG and PG students and runs in the autumn semester. The course coordinator is Rimi B. Chatterjee (Erythrocyte).

By popular request, I'm posting the marks here. Please supply me with your roll numbers. The classification is not exact for soem of the stories, especially the late submissions.

Mine is (000700401)011. Also, do we get to know the finalstory/reading marks separately, or do they go directly into the total?
000700401017, here. Thanks for putting this up.
Rimi di, there is a bit of problem with the marks that you have put up. I never submitted a picture exercise, i just submitted three exercises- character, element and word, for which i got 8.5, 7.5 and 7 respectively.
as for my roll number, its- 000700401019
thanks!
Oh, I re-read, re-looked and realised that I have the same problem as Shayeari's. My picture exercise never got finished, so I also submitted only character, element and word (with 8, 8 and 8.5, I think). Ekbaar dekhe niyo? :)
Neither change affects your averages. I think in Shayeari's case there was some other story which i had recorded the marks for; it was not the picture story. I think it might have been the secret story. Anyway, your averages are unchanged since the system rounds off to the nearest whole number.
